Thanks for your letter. I am happy that you were the 3rd in the Town Olympiad.
In your last letter you mentioned that you wanted to cook something delicious for your family. So I decided to write you a recipe of my favourite dish.
You need
- two eggs
- cheese 50 gr.
- milk 80 gr.
- canned green peas 30 gr.
- oil 20 gr.
- salt for taste
Here are the instructions how to cook.
First of all, grate cheese, mix it with eggs and gradually pour the milk into the mixture. Then put some salt and mix with a mixer. After that, pour some oil into the frying pan. Finally, add the green peas and bake in an oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
